Activating the PCM+ Agent Application
Before you begin to use the PCM+ Agent Module, you must activate the
software by completing the following tasks. Step-by-step instructions for each
task are provided in the sections that follow.
1. Register the PCM+ Agent Application on the My ProCurve portal
( https://my.procurve.com ) .
• Obtain the product registration ID and the activation hardware ID.
For step-by-step instructions, see “Obtain the IDs” on page 1-12.
• Enter the product registration ID and the activation hardware ID on
the My ProCurve portal and receive a product license key.
For step-by-step instructions, see “Register the PCM+ Agent Applica-
tion” on page 1-13.
2. Install the product license key on the ONE Services zl Module.
For step-by-step instructions, see “Install the Product License Key” on
page 1-14.
Obtain the IDs
Before you begin the registration process, obtain the two IDs that you need
to complete the process successfully:
■ Product registration ID
■ Activation hardware ID
Product Registration ID. Go to https://myprocurve.com to download a Prod-
uct Registration ID.
Activation Hardware ID. To activate the ONE Services zl Module, you
need the activation hardware ID.
To obtain the activation hardware ID, complete the following steps:
