Configuring PCM+ Agent Module
PCM+ Agent Application’s Application Main Menu is displayed:

1. Press 1 for Configuration and then 1 for IP Configuration..

You have the following two options for assigning an IP address:
• The Agent’s IP address may be configured using a DHCP server on the
VLAN where the module’s port <slot ID> 2 is an untagged member.
• A static IP address can be assigned manually. If you wish to use a static
IP address, make sure you have configured the switch VLAN IP
address as the gateway for the PCM+ Agent Module. You must provide
the following information:
– IP address
– Subnet mask
– Default gateway IP address
– DNS IP address
Record the IP address assigned, as it may be used in configuring the Agent
on the PCM+ Server (if using a Server-initiated connection). Enter 0 0 to
return to the HP PCM Agent Main Menu.
