5. Configure the PCM+ Agent Module settings. For more information on the
settings, see “Agent-initiated Connections” in the chapter “Configuring
and Managing Agents” in the HP ProCurve Manager Network Adminis-
trator's Guide Version 3.10.
6. When the Agent has connected to the Server, the Agent State, displayed on
the Agent Identity page, shows User activation required. Return to the Agent
Manager on the PCM+ Server, Select the Agent from the Agent list and
configure its settings. Be sure to select the Agent Group that this Agent is
to be a member of, as once the Agent is activated, this cannot be changed.
7. Activate the Agent.
8. Using the Managed Subnet tab on the Discovery tab in Agent Manager, select
the subnets managed by the Agent.
