Software Management

Special Considerations Prior to Updating

HP recommends that all TMS zl Module customers with IPS Signature Update licenses update to this

software version, containing the SSL certificates required to access the new IPS signature web site.

This software update is free and available for download.

1. Using a web browser, go to www.hp.com/networking/support

2. Enter the product number, J9156A, into Auto Search.

3. Select the displayed result and click Display selected.

4. Click Software Downloads from the list of choices.

Release ST.1.2.110909 can be downloaded from here.

Note

Check to be sure that DNS can successfully resolve the IPS signature web site name to allow the TMS

zl Module to access signature updates.
