Getting Started
Configure the Steelhead Application
amnesiac (config) # install license XXX-SH10EXCH-
YYYYZZZZ-1-XXXX-YYYY-ZZZZ
You must restart the optimization service for your
changes to take effect.
amnesiac (config) # install license
XXXSH10MSPEC1050_ZM-YYYY-ZZZZ-1-XXXX-YYYY-ZZZZ
You must restart the optimization service for your
changes to take effect.
amnesiac (config) # install license XXXHPBASE#
H71KX05000005-YYYY-ZZZZ-1-XXXX-YYYY-ZZZZ
You must restart the optimization service for your
changes to take effect.
Note You must have the HPBASE license for the Riverbed Steelhead RiOS Applica-
tion to function properly with the HP AllianceONE Extended Services zl
Module.
10. After you install all the license keys, restart the Riverbed Steelhead
optimization service.
amnesiac (config) # restart service clean
Terminating optimization service....
Relaunching optimization service.
11. Save your configuration changes:
amnesiac (config) # write memory
Using the Web Browser Interface to Activate the Token and
Install the Licenses
You can activate your token using the Steelhead Application’s management
console. You can connect to the management console through any supported
Web browser after you have completed the Steelhead Application configura-
tion wizard setup.
