PSTN Routing Rules
Ideally, the routing rules that are obtained from the replicated Lync topology
will route traffic properly to the PSTN carrier. However, you must sometimes
add rules to the Media Gateway—most commonly because Lync always adds
a leading +, but some PSTN carriers do not accept this character. Other
examples exist; whatever your reason for altering the rules, you can do so by
clicking PSTN Routing Rules in the Telephony Configuration section of the Dash-
board.
The complete routing rules configuration is displayed.
