Troubleshooting
Implement a Loopback
Port Connected to Another E1/T1 Port. You can either:
End the remote loopback on the second port (see “Take the Interface out
of Remote Loopback Mode” on page 6-22).
Send a remote loopback end command:
For example:
wanpipemon -i wanpipe1_if1 -c Tsdlb
Set the Interface Clocking to Normal
If you set the interface as the master clock, you must now set the interface
back to the normal mode (taking the clock from the CO). Follow these steps:
1. Open the Device Manager from the Control Panel.
2. Expand Sangoma Communication Devices.
Figure 6-9. Remote Desktop—Device Manager
3. Double-click the hardware abstraction driver for your interface’s port
number.
4. Click the Line Configuration tab.
5. For Clocking, select Normal.
6. Click OK.
Syntax: wanpipemon -i <interface ID> -c Tsdlb
Replace <interface ID> with the ID that you determined ear-
lier.
