Add the Survivable Branch to the Lync Server Topology
Example Steps
This section provides minimal steps for a simplified deployment. It is included
for your reference but is not guaranteed to match the exact steps for your
version. Always refer to Microsoft documentation for complete guidelines for
managing Lync Server 2010.
1. Open the Lync Server 2010 Topology Builder and download your current
topology.
2. You must add the branch site to an existing central site. Expand the site.

3. Right-click the Branch sites folder and select New Branch Site.
4. Type a name and other descriptive information for your branch site.
