Command-Line Reference
Overview
Overview
This chapter describes the commands provided by the command line interface
(CLI) for the HP Survivable Branch Communication zl Module (SBM) powered
by Microsoft Lync
TM
.
This CLI is intended for basic monitoring and initial IP configuration. Most
management and configuration should be performed using the Setup Wizard,
Dashboard, and Remote Desktop as described in previous chapters of the
guide.
The SBM CLI is context-based; different commands are available from differ-
ent contexts. When you are managing the SBM and you try to use a command
that is not supported from the current context, you will receive an error
message.
The following sections introduce groups of commands that are available from
various CLI contexts.
Depending on your level of access in the host HP zl switch (operator or
manager), you access the SBM operator or Manager EXEC context. From the
Manager EXEC context, you can access the Windows administration context,
and from the Window administration context, you can access interface con-
texts.

Note that the module includes a Services OS and a ONE-App OS, each of which
has its own CLI. This commands for the Service OS are included at the end of
