Join the SBM to the Domain
Failed Login
Contact your Domain Administrator and verify you are a member of RTCUni-
versalSBATechnicians. If not, ask the administrator to add you to this group.
If you are a member of the group, the RTCUniversalSBATechnicians group
probably was not added to the SBM’s local Administrators group as it should
have been. (Perhaps your company has a non-supported or a non-standard
domain topology.) You must add the group manually. Follow these basic steps:
1. Access the SBM using RDP. Log in as SBMAdmin.
2. Launch the Local Users and Groups manager (lusrmgr). Remember to run
the command as an administrator.

3. Select Groups in the left pane.
4. In the right-pane, double-click Administrators.
