13. You should typically leave the other settings at their defaults.
Important The Media encryption level setting determines whether encryption is prohib-
ited, allowed but not required (Support encryption), or required. The default
setting, Support encryption, is recommended.
You can choose to require encryption if you want. However, you should be
aware that this will prevent the PSTN test call, later in the wizard, from
succeeding. You would need to skip that call and use the PSTN status messages
and the Lync test call to verify that the PSTN connection is functioning
correctly.
14. Click Next.
15. The protocol or protocols available in SIP Transport for outgoing calls
depend on your selection on the previous page. If you selected one
protocol only, you have only one choice. If you selected both UDP and
TCP, you must now choose TCP (which is the transport protocol sup-
ported by Lync).
16. For Primary SIP Server Address, type the SBM’s FQDN.
