As you see, you can expand several folders to view different messages. For
example, you can find messages related to the following services by expanding
the following folders:
Lync server—Applications and Services > Lync Server
HP SBM—Applications and Services > HP SBM
Media Gateway—Windows Logs > System
The Windows Logs > Administration folder might also include useful messages.
Log Messages
The Setup Wizard will sometimes display an error message that indicate a log
file in which more details are stored. You can navigate to the file indicated,
view it, or copy it to a USB device. You can then troubleshoot the problem.
Similarly, you can use log messages for ongoing troubleshooting and
monitoring.
