View Detailed Status and Statistics for PSTN Connections
Take the Interface out of Remote Loopback Mode
After the CO has completed testing the line, you must remove it from loopback
mode. Access the command line window (running as Administrator) and enter
this command:

You can view the status of your PSTN connections from the Survivable Branch
Module Dashboard and perform some troubleshooting (see “Monitor and
Troubleshoot PSTN Connections” on page 3-16 of Chapter 3: “Manage and
Monitor the HP SBM Locally.”)
Sometimes, however, you will need more detailed information. You can obtain
this information using the wanpipemon commands, which monitor and debug
your E1/T1/J1 or analog hardware, drivers, and lines.
To issue these commands, access the SBM via Remote Desktop Protocol
(RDP). (See “Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP)” on page 3-20 of Chapter 3:
“Manage and Monitor the HP SBM Locally.”)
Syntax: wanpipemon -i <interface ID> -c Tdllb
Replace <interface ID> with the ID that you determined ear-
lier.
