Also verify that the standard ports used for Lync Server communications have
been opened on all firewalls between the SBM and the data center Lync Server
Pool.
The data center engineers have received instructions for readying the data
center. Verify that these tasks are complete:
You have been assigned credentials for a user account with this member-
ship: RTCUniversalSBATechnicians.
The SBM’s servicePrincipalName has been set to its FQDN.
The SBM has been added to the Lync Server topology as a survivable
branch server (its FQDN is specified for the front-end server, Mediation
Server, and PSTN gateway).
Note The PSTN gateway cannot be an IP address; it must be the SBM’s FQDN.
