Complete the Setup Wizard
Initiate the Installation Process
The computer name doesn't match exactly the computer name used at the
data center.
Although you can select check box to ignore prerequisites and move on, it is
not recommended that you do so. If the prerequisites are not met, the instal-
lation will probably fail at a later point. Read the sections below to learn more
about resolving problems with failed prerequisite checks.
After you resolve the problem, click Retry Installation to begin the installation
again.
Verify that the prerequisite checks succeed and wait for the other tasks to
complete. Then click Next and move to “Install Server Certificates” on page
2-34.
RTCUniversalSBATechnicians Member of the SBM’s Local
Administrators Prerequisite. The Setup Wizard automatically adds the
RTCUniversalSBATechnicians group to the local Administrators group when
you join the SBM to the domain. The prerequisite might fail because you did
not use the Setup Wizard to join the SBM to the domain. It also might fail
because your domain has a non-typical topology, which prevented the group
from being added automatically.
This setting is necessary because it allows RTCUniversalSBATechnicians to
manage the SBM and complete the Setup Wizard. (The DomainAdmin group
is also allowed local administrator access.)
To resolve this issue, ask a Domain or Enterprise Admin to verify that the
domain supports the RTCUniversalSBATechnicians group and to tell you its
location. Then follow these steps to add the group to the SBM’s local Admin-
istrators group manually:
1. Access the SBM using RDP. Log in as SBMAdmin.
2. Launch the Local Users and Groups manager (lusrmgr). Remember to run
the command as an administrator.
