PSTN Configuration
Advanced Configuration
You only need to click PSTN Configuration under Advanced when you need to
alter your PSTN settings or configure advanced settings.

Advanced settings (which should generally only be configured by experienced
technicians) include:
Physical configurations for each line (Physical Configuration > <line name>)
Digital settings (established in the wizard)
D channel settings for T1/E1 interfaces
Analog settings for FXS\FXO interfaces
Audio settings for FXS\FXO interfaces
Echo cancellation settings
Level control
Background noise attenuation
DTMF configuration
Call control settings:
Hunt settings (Call Control > Channel Groups > <group name>)
ISDN settings (Call Control > ISDN Configurations)
Analog configurations (Call Control > Analog Configurations)
To configure settings for an interface, you must first add the board for its
hardware card. Click the Boards folder and add the board. You must then
assign a physical configuration to the interface:
