3. After the call succeeds, click Stop next to Call Logging if you have enabled
this feature.
4. Click Next and move to “Installation and Configuration Complete” on page
2-82.
Troubleshooting
If you see a message about no test user being available, a CS Administrator
probably needs to run the New-CSHealthMonitoringConfiguration cmdlet.
This cmdlet specifies the test user account that the SBM uses to place the call.
If you see a message about voice routing not being available for the test user,
the data center engineer probably needs to set up the routing and normaliza-
tion rules for the SBM.
If the call initiates, but the number is busy, you might have entered the wrong
number.
Other problems might occur due to problems with your PSTN connection or
routing rules.
Changing the PSTN Configuration
There are three links in Place Lync Test Call page that help you fine-tune your
PSTN settings:
PSTN Setup Wizard
You can run the wizard again to reconfigure all of your settings.
PSTN Configuration
You can click this link to configure advanced settings. After you change
the settings, restart the Media Gateway using the buttons in the Media
Gateway section of the Place Lync Test Call page.
