Obtain IP Connectivity to the SBM
You should see output such as that shown below.

Record the IP address for the Internal Ethernet Port 2:

Also record the SBM’s default hostname, which is its serial number:

4. If the SBM has not received a valid IP address (for example, it has a self-
assigned address beginning with 169.254), complete the steps in “Set an
IP Address” on page 2-4.
