Known Issues

■ CR_1423, PR_66794 - In a Microsoft Active Directory forest with two domains, A and B, a user in domain A cannot
join an SBM to domain B.
■ CR_1424, PR_66796 - The following processes request user or computer principal names: WebUI logon, Domain
join (user's account), Domain join (computer account), or the Command Line Interface logon via the Switch. For
each of these items, the SBM only allows the DOMAIN\DEVICE convention to be entered and does not allow the eMail
address or FQDN convention.
■ CR_1427, PR_66799 - The FXS ports do not support: Call Waiting, Call Transfer, and 3-way calling.
■ CR_43066 - NET-SNMP version 5.3.2.2 reports compile time errors with DS1-MIB.txt.
■ CR_43630 - When you run the module's show tech command from the module's Command Line Interface (CLI), it
does not return to display a CLI prompt until the Enter key is pressed again. As a result, it can appear to have hung
during execution.
■ CR_43772 - Help Pop-Ups do not close when screen changes.
■ CR_43799 - SBM Management Interface allows incorrect Default Gateway to be assigned via the WebUI.
■ CR_43827 - HTTPS Connection resets after importing a Certificate Chain. Refreshing the page will re-establish the
connection.
■ CR_43829 - After importing the Certificate Chain, the Next button is active even if there has not been a certificate
imported.
■ CR_43949 - When using the PSTN Setup Wizard of the SBM and there are FXO ports installed, the Tab key is not
traversing the text fields properly.
■ CR_44215 - FXO Calibration runs even when there is nothing connected to the port.
■ CR_44525 - A second CLI session appears hung when a first CLI session is processing show tech.
■ CR_52679 - In the WebUI Installation Wizard, if a manual logout occurs when the wizard is at the Configure System
Time and then the user logs back in again, the wizard begins at the step following "Configure System Time", which is
"Join Domain".
■ CR_52925 - Checkdisk with a full check enabled will not run and generates error 766f6c756d652e63 3f1. User
must boot into safe mode prior to checking the disk with a full check.
■ CR_53856 - Domain Join username text box allows \ when only a username should be accepted. If a domain is also
specified, the domain join will fail.
■ CR_53893 - In the SBM's Command Line Interface, the no ip default-gateway command does not remove default
gateway and gives no error indication.
■ CR_55162 - The HP Media Gateway service will fail to start after updating to 1.1.19.0 if the level control mode
(Physical Configuration s-> (digital) -> Level Control Configuration) has been configured to MANUAL prior
to updating. This is a custom setting, the factory default is DISABLED. To resolve, temporarily set the mode to
DISABLED and save changes, then set the mode back to MANUAL and re-save. The service should now start.
■ CR_55201 - The CallstatDB MIB clears every 15 minutes, resulting in loss of call statistics rather than keeping the
most current 15 minutes of statistics continually.
