HP Support Included with Purchase Price
HP Support included with purchase price includes hardware fault isolation in support of the SBM Hardware Warranty and
includes getting to either of the following management interfaces:
■ Remote Desktop Session with the SBM
■ Web browser access to the Setup Wizard
Once either of these points is reached, HP support included with purchase price ends. To provide HP customers with the best
support experience, HP Software Support beyond this point requires a software support Care Pack to be purchased due to
the complexity of the entire solution. A variety of Care Pack options are available and can be found here:
