Configure the VPN Client

Configure a ProCurve VPN Client

This section includes step-by-step instructions for configuring a ProCurve

VPN Client to establish an IPsec connection to the TMS zl Module.

For the configuration to work, you must configure client-to-site IPsec settings

on the module as described in “Configure an IPsec VPN Connection” on

page 7-21. See “TMS zl Module Settings for the HP ProCurve VPN Client” on

page 7-150 for a table that shows all necessary settings.

Follow these steps to configure the ProCurve VPN Client:

1. If necessary, install the client on the endpoint.

2. Open the Security Policy Editor using one of these methods:

•In the Start menu, click Programs > ProCurve VPN Client > Security Policy

Editor.

• Right-click the ProCurve VPN Client icon in the system tray and click

Security Policy Editor.
