Command-Line Reference

Global Configuration Context

All parameters are mandatory.

service

This command creates (or deletes) a service object.

Syntax: [no] service <service name> <protocol> <port>

For <service name> type the name that you want to give the service object.

Other options for this command are displayed in the following table.

This command can be used to:

■ Create a service group object

■ Add service objects to an existing service group

■ Remove service objects from an existing service group

To configure (or delete) a service group object, enter the following command:
