tunnel
When L2TP clients authenticate locally, you must specify the IP settings that
the client and the TMS zl Module use for the L2TP connection.
To configure these settings, enter the following command:
Syntax: tunnel <server IP address/mask> user <user IP address>
Replace <server IP address/mask> with the IP address and subnet mask
of the TMS zl Module in its capacity as L2TP Network Server (LNS). This is a
virtual IP address in an unused subnet (the subnet must not be configured as
a TMS VLAN or used in your network). The subnet will be automatically placed
in the External zone.
Replace <user IP address> with the IP address that the remote client uses
on the tunnel. This IP address must be on the same subnet as the LNS address
that you specified. (You might place multiple remote clients in the same
subnet. Make sure to assign each user account a unique IP address.)
wins
Enter the following command to set the WINS servers for authenticated L2TP
clients:
Syntax: wins primary <server address> [secondary <server address>]
Replace <server address> with the IP address of a server that the remote
client will use.
