Configure a Windows Vista Client for L2TP over IPsec
2. In the Run window, type regedit and click OK.
3. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > System > CurrentControlSet > Services
> RasMan > Parameters.

4. Click Edit > New > DWORD (32-bit) Value.

5. A new entry appears in the right panel. Name it ProhibitIpSec. Use the same
spelling and capitalization as shown in Figure 7-400.
