Troubleshooting the TMS zl Module in Routing Mode
■ Clicking Help does not have any effect.
If you cannot access the TMS zl Module’s online help, disable pop-up
blockers in your Web browser.
Using Log Messages
The main tool you will use to resolve problems is the TMS zl Module’s log
messages.
Enabling Logging for an Access Policy
When the TMS zl Module is operating in routing mode, you must enable logging
on the access policies that you want to monitor. (By default, logging is disabled
on access policies to preserve system resources.)
To enable logging on an access policy, complete the following steps:
1. Click Firewall > Access Policies.
2. Click Unicast.
3. Select the access policy and click the Edit button.
4. Select Enable logging on this Policy.
