Troubleshooting the TMS zl Module in Monitor Mode
■ Clicking Help does not have any effect.
If you cannot access the TMS zl Module’s online help, disable pop-up
blockers in your Web browser.
Using Log Messages to Troubleshoot Problems
The main tool you will use to resolve problems is the TMS zl Module’s log
messages.
Changing the Log Level
To troubleshoot IDS when the TMS zl Module is operating in monitor mode,
you should lower the logging level to information so that the TMS zl Module
will log all events. Complete the following steps:
1. Click System > Logging.
2. Click Settings.
3. Under Log Severity, select the most basic message level—Information.

4. You may also want to disable throttling, so that you see all messages.
5. Click Apply My Changes.
