The TFTP ALG:
■ supports both write and read requests
■ when it sees a write/read request from the client on the control connec-
tion, it opens the correct port to allow the data transfer from server to
client
Note If you are having trouble with this application, make sure that you have
permitted the DNS service (
UDP 53) for endpoints that use TFTP.
Enable and Disable ALGs
To select the attack checks that you want the TMS zl Module to perform,
complete the following steps:
1. Click Firewall > Settings. Then click the ALGs tab.

2. Select (or clear) a check box to enable (or disable) an ALG.
3. Click Apply My Changes.
4. Click Save.
