Configure IPSecuritas (Macintosh VPN Client)
b. Create a certificate request for the IPSecuritas client:
i. Click the Requests tab.

ii. Click the icon to add a request.
iii. For Request name, type a meaningful name.
iv. For Common name, type the name (often, the client’s FQDN).
When the TMS zl Module’s IKE policy remote ID is set to Distin-
guished Name for type, the remote ID value must match what you
type here. For example, if you type user1.procurvebranch.com for
the client’s common name, you must type /CN=user1.procurve-
branch.com or /CN=* for the module’s IKE policy remote ID value.
Leave the other boxes under Request Subject empty.
v. If you desire, for E-mail Address, type an email address to identify
the client as a subject alternate name.
The email address must be entered in a valid format, but it does
not need to exist. If you specify an email address, you can select
User-FQDN for the remote ID type in the module’s IKE policy.
Match the value that you enter here (either exactly or with a
wildcard).
