Configure a Shrew Soft VPN Client for Windows
b. For Identification Type, select the same type that is selected for Remote
ID Type in the module’s IKEv1 policy.
c. In the field below, type a string that matches the Remote ID Value in
the module’s IKEv1 policy.
If you selected IP Address for the type, you can select the Use a
discovered local host address check box; make sure that the TMS zl
Module’s remote ID either specifies the IP address that the client uses
to connect to it or 0.0.0.0.
Note Each client must have a unique ID. However, multiple clients’ IDs can match
the same remote ID on the module if the module’s ID includes a wildcard (do
not include the wildcard in the client ID).
