24. You should see that the security association is established, and the tunnel
status is connected.
Note If the connection fails, you can troubleshoot from the TMS zl Module. See
Chapter 10: “Troubleshooting” for detailed guidelines. After you enable log-
ging at the Informational level (remember to change back to a higher setting
after troubleshooting as this can cause performance issues) and filter for “vpn”
logs, you might see a log such as this:
-SA Payload too BIG in IKE phase-1 1st message. Discard the negotiation.
This message is generated when a Phase 1 setting on the Shrew Soft VPN client
is set to auto. Remember to set all of these values manually.
25. You can further check the connection in the station’s command prompt.
