Troubleshooting the TMS zl Module in Routing Mode
Note the problem indicated: the TMS zl Module was not able to resolve the
domain name and download updated signatures. If you see this error, you
should check your DNS settings and make sure your access policies allow
DNS traffic. If you are using a proxy server, make sure your access policies
allow traffic to this server.
Enable IPS on an Access Policy
By default, IPS is enabled for access policies. To verify or change the IPS
setting for an access policy, complete the following steps:
1. Click Firewall > Access Policies.
2. Click Unicast or Multicast.
3. Select the access policy and click the Edit button.
4. Ensure that the Enable IPS on this Policy option is selected.

5. Click OK.
