Troubleshooting the TMS zl Module in Routing Mode
Copy Snapshot and Other Files from the Participant in an HA
Cluster
When you are troubleshooting problems with an HA cluster, you may some-
times need to copy files from the participant to an external server. For
example, you may want to send a snapshot to HP Support for further analysis.
To copy files from the participant, complete the following steps. Note that as
part of this process, you will make some temporary configuration changes; do
not save these changes.
1. Access the CLI of the switch in which the participant is installed and then
move to the participant’s CLI.
hostswitch# services <slot_ID> name tms-module
2. From the participant’s CLI, view the status of the HA cluster.
hostswitch(tms-module-C)# show high-availability
You will see output similar to the following:
HA CONFIGURATION STATUS
HA Status: Enabled
Cluster Scheme: Active-Standby
