Command-Line Reference
Global Configuration Context
To create (or delete) a new address group object, enter the following
command:
Syntax: [no] address-group <group name> [add <object name> | remove <object
name> ]
Replace <group name> with the name of the address group object you are
creating.
Replace <object name> with the name of the address object that you are adding
or removing.
For example, to add the address object Students to the address group PCU,
enter the following:
hostswitch(tms-module-<slot ID>:config)# address-group
PCU add Students
alg
This command enables and disables application-level gateways (ALGs). Cer-
tain applications require an ALG in order to run through the firewall. (See
Chapter 4: “Firewall” for more information.) Use the following command to
enable a specific ALG:
Syntax: [no] alg <ALG name>
Replace <ALG name> with the name of the ALG. ALG names are listed in
Table A-13.
