2. Click Back Up and follow the prompts to save the startup-config file to a
selected directory. It is sometimes a good idea to name the configuration
file after the date on which it was saved. For example, if the configuration
was saved on November 3, 2009, name it 2009-11-03.cfg.
Note The saved configuration file is encrypted. If you need to analyze the saved
configuration, contact HP technical support.
Restore to a Previously Saved Configuration
To restore the module to a previously saved configuration file, follow these
steps:
1. Make sure that the configuration file is saved to a drive on the manage-
ment station.
2. In the TMS zl Module Web browser interface, click System > Maintenance.
Click the Back Up/Restore window.
3. Click Browse.
4. Navigate to the saved configuration file and double-click the file to
select it.
5. Click Restore and Reboot.
6. A warning window is displayed. Click Yes to continue.
The module copies the configuration that you selected in step 4 to the startup-
config. It then reboots and loads the configuration.
