Front Panel Buttons and LEDs
This section describes the different buttons and LEDs on the front panel of a
TMS zl module:
Module Shutdown button: This button is used to shut down the module.
It is controlled by hardware; there is no way for the software to read state.
A message is written to the switch log to indicate the module has shut
down. Note the module can also be shut down by using a CLI command.
USB Port: This port is used to attach a USB device, such as a flash drive.
The following table describes the LEDs on the front panel.

Initialization was successful. Stays in this state when the
module is booted to Service OS.
Product software is ready.
Error condition
This LED is off by default.
Flashing cycle (green or orange) is 400ms on – 400ms off.
At boot, the Module Status, HDD Status, and CF Status LEDs
are solid green for ~2s, then solid orange for ~2s, then back to
solid green for ~1s, and finally all are turned off.
