This command enables user name authentication.
Syntax
username (WORD)
• WORD Username (username length should be between 1 and 28
characters)
– access Set the user access mode
+ console Only allowed from console
+ web Only allowed from applet (webUI)
– password Specify the password for the user
+ 0 Password is specified UNENCRYPTED
