Managing the Alarm Log
In order for the Wireless Edge Services xl Module to log an alarm, you must
activate the corresponding SNMP trap. See Chapter 2: ProCurve Wireless
Edge Services xl Module Configuration for information on setting these traps.
When an enabled trap is triggered, the module generates an entry in its alarm
log. If you have configured an SNMP server, the module will also send the
alarm to it.
View the alarm log by selecting Device Information > Alarm Log.
A list of alarms that the module has logged displays, as shown in Figure 6-33.
