Configuring the GbE Interconnect Switch using the Command Line Interface
Deleting SNMP Management Interface Community Strings
Use the following command to delete the SNMP management interface community strings:
Command Description
snmp delete
{
community <string> |
ip <ip_addr>
}
Deletes an SNMP interface community string or
an SNMP trap manager IP address
Type one of the following in the command:
• community <string>—
• ip <ip_addr>—
Displaying Current SNMP Management Interface Settings
Use the following command to display the current SNMP management interface settings:
Command Description
snmp show
[trap]
Displays SNMP interface information including
current settings of community strings with
access rights
Type trap in the command to display the current
setting of the IP address of the trap manager,
SNMP community string, and trap manager
validity status.
This example shows current SNMP management interface settings.
