HP ProLiant BL e-Class Integrated Administrator User Guide

Setting Up the System
User Permissions
The group-centered approach of Integrated Administrator to user permissions
facilitates the maintenance of user groups and groups of server blade bays. This
approach operates according to the following principles:
A server blade bay is assigned exclusively to one group only.
A group can be assigned many server blade bays.
A user can have various permission levels within any number of groups.
Access to a server blade by users or groups depends on the rights assigned to the
server blade bay in which the server blade is installed.
Use Table 5-1 to distinguish the various permission levels available from the
ProLiant BL e-Class Integrated Administrator.
