Removal and replacement procedures 41
1.
Install the mezzanine card. Press down on the connector to seat the board.
2. Install the interposer board ("Interposer board" on page 47).
3. Install the access panel (B-side) ("Access panel (B-side)" on page 32).
Hard drive blank
Remove the hard drive blank.
To replace the component, reverse the removal procedure.

IMPORTANT: Hot-plug capability and drive LED support are only available when a supported
optional controller is installed in the server.
