Issue: Internet Explorer defaults to the Windows Update page from the Microsoft web site
Description In some instances, Internet Explorer defaults to the Windows Update page
instead of the local host when using Internet Explorer from the local desktop.
Workaround Go to the address bar and enter https://Localhost:3202
