Directories Support for ProLiant Management Processors utility
(HPLOMIG.exe)
The Directories Support for ProLiant Management Processors software (HPLOMIG.exe) is
available from the following website: http://www.hpe.com/support/ilo4.
This software is for customers who want to simplify the migration of iLO processors to management
by directories. The software automates some of the steps necessary for the management
processors to support directory services.
HPLOMIG.exe can do the following:
• Discover management processors on the network.
• Upgrade the management processor firmware.
• Name the management processors to identify them in a directory.
• Create objects in the directory that correspond to each management processor, and associate
them with a role.
• Configure the management processors to enable them to communicate with the directory.
If enhanced security features, such as FIPS mode and Enforce AES/3DES Encryption, are
enabled on the iLO systems to be configured with HPLOMIG, the HPLOMIG client must meet
the following requirements:
• Windows .NET Framework v4.5 is installed.
• The operating system supports TLS v1.1 or v1.2.
