7. Assemble the processor and heatsink.
a. Remove the thermal interface protective cover from the heatsink.
b. Align the processor with the retainer on the heatsink. Be sure that the triangle printed on the
corner of the processor aligns with the triangle on the retainer.
c. Insert the processor into the retainer, and press down firmly until the processor clicks into place.
