Integrated Lights-Out
The Integrated Lights-Out (iLO) subsystem is a standard component of select ProLiant servers that provides
server health a
nd remote ser ver manageability. The iLO subsystem includes an intelligent m icroprocessor,
secure memory,
and a dedicated net work i nterface. This design m akes iLO independent of the h ost
server and its operating system. The iLO subsystem provides remote access to any authorized network
client, sends alerts, and provides other server management functions.
The following information provides an overview of the iLO port capabilities. For more information,
