Installing a Hard Drive into a Removable Media Bay
IMPORTANT: If you are installing a hard drive into a removable media drive bay, you
must use a drive tray. Drive trays are found in each removable media bay. See “Removing
a Drive Tray” earlier in this chapter.
To install a hard drive using a drive tray:
1. Follow the steps in “Preparing the Server” earlier in this chapter.
2. Set the drive into the drive tray .
3. Tighten the four screws on the bottom of the drive tray to secure the
drive into the drive tray
