This matrix provides information on cables required to connect internal SATA/SAS drives, internal tape devices, and external SAS/SCSI devices.
All models of the ProLiant ML350 G5 Server include two 4-port SATA/SAS cables for connecting to the hard drive backplane. No SCSI cables are included. An addition SCSI HBA or Array controller must be purchased to support
SCSI devices.
