Disconnect the front panel LED/buttons module cable from the system board.
9. Remove the front panel LED/buttons module.
To replace the component, reverse the removal procedure.
Fan modules and fan blank
To remove the component:
1. Power down the server (on page 25).
2. Remove all power:
a. Disconnect each power cord from the power source.
b. Disconnect each power cord from the server.
3. Unlock the front bezel (on page 26).
4. Place the server on its side.
