is designed to make the EBS for Workgroups even more affordable to the
growing sets of Windows NT and NetWare customers looking for consistent, consolidated, high
speed backup and restore.
The BackPaq kit contains:

Fibre Channel Tape Controller
BackPaq offers centralization, automation, performance, scalability, deployment over longer
distances, Fibre Channel infrastructure for future enhancements, and investment protection for the
same price as direct attach SCSI DLT 35/70 drives. The EBS BackPaq allows for a configuration
with up to five servers and up to two DLT drives in an EBS supported library. If necessary,
additional licenses may be purchased for investment protection and scalability.
