Recommended or Custom installations, and that the correspondingly correct OS media is available.
An undefined error message is displayed if you enter alphabetic characters in the Advanced
Network Settings fields in the iLO configuration utility.
Suggested action: Be sure to enter only numeric values for IP addresses.
Clicking the active links in the EULA generates a web page error
Suggested action: Close the browser, reboot the server, and access Intelligent Provisioning again.
Intelligent Provisioning does not permit access to the Internet.

Suggested action: After completing the OS installation, reboot the server and access the RBSU
with administrator credentials and manually enter the settings.
After deploying a deployment settings package on a server, Intelligent Provisioning online help
and system information options do not display properly.
Suggested action: Reboot the server and access Intelligent Provisioning again.
An undefined error message is displayed when modifying the user login name in the Intelligent
Provisioning iLO configuration utility.
Suggested action: Modify the settings through iLO.
In multihomed configurations, an Unable to Contact Update Server error message is
generated.
Suggested action: Multihomed configurations are not supported for use with Intelligent Provisioning.
When deploying a deployment settings package in the Deployment Settings screen, the Reset to
Default Settings First option does not reset the boot order or the PCI Device Enable/Disable
settings.
Suggested action: This is working as designed. The boot order and the PCI Device Enable/Disable
settings must be set manually through RBSU.
When deploying a deployment settings package in the Deployment Settings screen, the Intelligent
Provisioning language is not being set as specified.
Suggested action: After the deployment is complete, access Intelligent Provisioning on the sever
and manually set the interface language.
Un-translated language content is displayed on Navigation buttons and in the Insight Diagnostics
screen.
Suggested action: None.
AHS file logs can be created for an invalid date range.
Suggested action: Re-create the AHS log, using a valid date range.
The default System Profile displayed in the Hardware Settings screen does not match the profile
of the individual settings that were entered in the RBSU.
Suggested action: Expand the System Profile drop-down box and select the correct profile.
The System Profile displayed in the Review or Quick Configs screen does not match the profile
selected in the Hardware Settings screen.
Suggested action: After the Intelligent Provisioning installation and configuration tasks for the
server completes, reboot the server and go to the Quick Configs screen. Confirm that the correct
system profile is displayed as the default. If needed, change the setting.
