SAS/SATA HDD backplane
To remove the HDD backplane:
1. Disconnect all HDD backplane cables.
2. Remove the two screws that secure the backplane to the hard drive cage.
3. Pull the backplane out to release it from the hard drive cage.

To install the HDD backplane:
1. Make the screw holes on the backplane align with the holes on the hard drive cage.
2. Secure the backplane with two screws.
3. Connect all HDD backplane cables.
